Definition: Events include scheduled commitments like meetings, appointments, classes, and other time-specific activities. Our AI will not move these from your calendar, ensuring you always meet your commitments and you are not overbooked.
📂 Projects
Definition: Projects refer to collections of tasks. For example, a project would hold all the assignments for a particular course, or it could be a larger group project inside the course. Each project organizes your tasks into a cohesive unit, making managing and tracking progress toward your objectives easier.
📝 Task
Definition: A task represents an item of work with an estimated duration and a deadline. Tasks are associated with projects; if not explicitly assigned, they are placed in the default "To-Do" project. This ensures that all tasks are organized and accounted for within your project structure.
⏳ Worktime
Definition: Worktime is the designated time block, scheduled by AI or manually, for focusing on a specific task. Tasks can have multiple work times, which our AI can segment automatically, optimizing your focus and efficiency.
